APP & WEBSITE FEATURES
Ayur Sure features are limited to Membership. Lifetime members have lifetime access to all current features.Some features of the app and website are under construction and will be available to all lifetime members when Ayur Sure publish those features. Its upto Ayur Sure to provide these features to Lifetime members or not. No one can force Ayur Sure to publish these feature on their own. Ayur Sure has rights to publish any feature anytime and shut down any feature anytime.
Extension: We have extension policy for all Membership Plans. If you subscribed a plan with extesnion upto Exam then, Ayur Sure not bound to provide the extension till Exam if it get postponed for more than 1 Month. Ayur Sure will provide maximum extension of 1 month if exam date was fixed, In case exam date not fixed then we will provide exatension till a fixed date. Ayur Sure has full rights to change the Extension policy without any further notice. All extension in app provided manually, so you have to contact our helpline regarding this. You may be asked for some supportive documents for extension.
In Audio Lecture Section you can get maximum extension in any plan for the same duration as the normal plan validity like for 3 month lecture plan you ‘ll get maximum extension 3 months. Ayur Sure has full right to change the extension policy any time without any notice!!
ACCEPTABLE WEBSITE USE
(A) Security Rules

Third Party Promotion: No user (Person/Student/Tutor) or else allowed to promote any third party app or website on our Platforms (App, Website, Facebook Groups, Whatsapp Group). If found so then immediatly he/she ‘ll be removed from our Platforms without any prior notice. Ayur Sure reserves all the rights to take any action in such cases.
Test Limit : There is no limit of solving test under normal cicumstances, but if any user try to overload the app server by solving/submitting the test paper with speed 1 paper/test per minute for continous 5 minute then his/her account banned permanently from the app & website.
Bonus Wallet Points : All subscription plans except Premium Plan has no limit of wallet point usage till plan expiry date. Users can ask extra wallet points before plan expiry provided users using these points for fair usages. If found, any user ask extra point only to get the answersheet without solving the paper, then user account may be suspended or all the papers answersheet will be reset to zero without any notice. No extra wallet points will be added during complementary Extension Period of Subscription Plan.
INDEMNITY
The User unilaterally agree to indemnify and hold harmless, without objection, the Company, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, actions and/or demands and/or liabilities and/or losses and/or damages whatsoever arising from or resulting from their use of Ayur Sure (www.Ayursure.com) or their breach of the terms .
LIABILITY
User agrees that neither Company nor its group companies, directors, officers or employee shall be liable for any direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special or/and consequential or/and exemplary damages, resulting from the use or/and the inability to use the service or/and for cost of procurement of substitute goods or/and services or resulting from any goods or/and data or/and information or/and services purchased or/and obtained or/and messages received or/and transactions entered into through or/and from the service or/and resulting from unauthorized access to or/and alteration of user’s transmissions or/and data or/and arising from any other matter relating to the service, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or/and use or/and data or other intangible, even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In sum, in no event shall Company’s total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Company, if any, that is related to the cause of action.
